Former Resident of New Albany Dies, Mrs. Nannie M Clem Hixson, 87, former New Albany resident, died Wednesday at the Jeanings nurssing home in Indianapolis.

She was a native of Bedford, KY., but spent 35 years in New Albany before going to Indianapolis. She was the widow of Charles J. Hixon.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mae House and Mrs. Cecile Smith, Indianapolis: two sons, Raymond in Indianapolis; and Percey in New Albany: 13 grandchildren and 15 great grand children.

The funeral will be Friday morning in Indianapolis with burial in Waashington Park cemetery there.
