Lucretia McDonald, widow
Lucretia McDonald widow of James McDonald, filed an application showing that he died in Crawford Co intestate leaving an Estate real & Personal of less value than five hundred dollars $500 and asking the same be appraised.
Oct the 15 1894 appraisers made returns of an inventory and appraisement before William H. Cunningham, JP and accompained by the affidavit of the widow showing the personal estate to be the total value of $174.20 and his said real estate lying in Crawford Co,Indiana containing 25 acres more or less at $100 making the total value of said estate $274. The court finds that said estate should be vested in the widow for her sole use and benefit and that no administration be had on said estate and that the said course is now fully ended.
