I Stephan Barnett of the county of Crawford and the state of Indiana do make and publish this my last will and testament.
First I desire that my body be decently buried and the expenses be paid with any other indebtedness that may be out of my personal estate and after such expenses be paid I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all my estate both real and personal so long as she shall remain my widow and when it is the will of God to call my beloved wife Elizabeth Barnett from this world, I give and bequeath all my estate to be equally divided between the following named children. Phillip B. Barnett, John W. Barnett, Jenny L. Barnett, Stephen A.D. Barnett, Sarah Elizabeth Barnett, William H.H. Barnett and George W. Barnett. My son Lafayette Barnett I have given all I desire him to have.
