STREET AFFRAY

[Special Dispatch to the Times and Chronicle] New Albany, Indiana, October 10-D. C. Hill, a well known boat builder, and Stephen Stuckey, met on Main Street early this morning and had a dispute in relation to foreclosing a mortgage held by Hill & Hewitt. Stuckey denounced it as a swindle and, drawing a revolver, discharged two shots, one striking the top of Hill's head and the other cutting his left fore finger. Stuckey got into the skiff and crossed the river. Hill is not dangerously wounded.
The grand jury has the matter in hand.
