John ANDERSON was my 3rd Great Grandfather. He married Rachel JACK. Adam D. DODDS was also my 3rd Great Grandfather. John's son Joseph ANDERSON married Adam D. DODDS daughter, Elizabeth DODDS. Also, Joseph DODD was my 2nd Great Grandfather. He married Lucy M. LUNSFORD.


John ANDERSON purchased the northeast quarter of Section 4 , Township 6 South, Range 4 East [160 acres] 6 Sept 1835 from Boone Ellego. This quarter section of land is one-half mile southeast of Laconia in Boone Township, Harrison County, IN. This real estate of John Anderson’s was deeded after his death one-half by Joseph Anderson as Administrator of John Anderson, deceased, deeded to Adam D. DODDS for John and Joseph DODDS, legatees of John ANDERSON, deceased. On 25 Oct 1848 Joseph ANDERSON and wife, Elizabeth DODDS ANDERSON, deeded to Thomas CROSIER his half interest in this quarter section of land.
