Mittie KINGSLEY is my Great Grandmother. She is the wife of Joseph A. KINGSLEY and the daughter of Joseph DODD and Lucy M. LUNSFORD.

WARRANTY DEED: JOHN GANAWAY TO MITTIE E. KINGSLEY

This Indenture Witnesseth: That John GANAWAY, [single] of Harrison County, in the State of Indiana, Convey and Warrant to Mittie E. KINGSLEY of Harrison County, in the State of Indiana, for the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty dollars, the following REAL ESTATE in Harrison County, in the State Of Indiana, to-wit:

A part or parcel of land out of the south west quarter of section four [4] in township six [6] south and in range four [4] east bounded as follows: Beginning at the south east corner of said southwest quarter, running thence west seventy six and twenty hundreth [76 & 20/100] poles; thence north fifty poles; thence east twenty six and twenty hundreths [26 & 20/100] poles; thence south fifty poles to the place of beginning, containing twenty four acres, except a roadway sold and conveyed to Lafe CROSIER.

The grantor agrees to pay the Fall installment of taxes now due and the grantee is to pay taxes on said real estate after the November installment, 1924.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said John GANAWAY has hereunto set his hand and seal this 23rd day of August A.D. 1924.
