My Grandfather's name was Ernest Kroush and in some way he was kin to Henry Kroush who was born in 1868. And they are somehow related to the Kelm's. My family is from Union Star and Lodiburg, Ky.

Was one of Peter's children Earnest Kroush? I am not certain as to exactly when he was born, but he was my great grandfather.

I have a Nancy Jane Wheeler but she was born 1815. Nearly all my Wheeler's were from the Union Star area - seems there should be a connection but darned if I can find it.

Peter Kroush died in 1896 and Nancy Jane Wheeler Kroush in 1924. I am looking for parents of either of them. Peter Kroush came from Germany when he was about 7 years old. I don't have any other information about Nancy's family. Nancy and Peter have several children, one being my grandfather Asa William Kroush born in Union Star KY in 1879. I know Peter was in the Civil War.
