Sidney Passamaneck of Richmond, Va died the week of May 8, 2008 at the age of 94.

settled in Richmond, Va. Herman was the Brother of Aaron. Herman's son is Rabbi Stephen Passamaneck. Incidentally, I am 92 years old and
one of the last Passamanecks of the old generation. I well remember my uncles and aunts and cousins of Louisville.

My grandfather's name was Samuel Passamaneck of Louisville, KY. He was married to Susan Denise Scott. They had three children, Carl, Evelyn and Dorothy, all deceased.

Searching for information about my Great Grandfather, Moses (Mousa Leyeb, Moishe) Passamaneck and Great Grandmother, Leah Rosa (Rebeka)who settled in Louisville and their descendants. My grandfather, Herman Passamaneck, was born in Louisville in 1889. It seems likely he was related to Aaron, but I think he had about 10 siblings and as the youngest had scant dealings with some of the older ones.
