Hi, I'm seeking others who are researching these surnames. Specifically I'm interested in finding out what happened to Elizabeth Merritt who married Valentine Hay, will probated in 1844 in Breckinridge Co, KY. They had a son mentioned in the will--George. What happened to George?

Evidently there was an older son named William who also married to a Mary Merritt. His family is documented.

Valentine had first been married to Eve Ficaks in Henderson Co, KY. Other researchers say they moved to Warrick Co, where she died. She was the daughter of Johann Adam Fickas and wife Eve. I need to find out for sure if Valentine and Eve produced a son in 1815 named Valentine. Is there an early birth record? What church might have one?
Where might I find a death record or burial citation for Eve?
