By any chance were wither of these gentleman you mentioned here deaf? Looking for my gggrandfather and all I know is he lived in this county and was deaf. (do know at least one of his offspring). any help is appreciated!

My gggrandfather was Abner Wright Dowel, b.1845, I believe was son of McCager and Ellen Dowel. I live in WA (Abner died in Prescott, WA in 1934). I'd love to know more about my Kentucky roots! Any information would be appreciated.
