Seeking any information on the Root family of Perry and Crawford Counties in Indiana and in Hancock Co., Indiana. Especially John D. Root. He had 3 children, William, Eliza and Sidney born between 1862 in 1872 in Ohio. He had at least 3 wives, and a son, Clifford, possibly by the 3rd wife. He would have been born about 1889. John had brothers, William and Thomas in the area. Thomas died 1865 in Crawford Co. and William died 1902 in Crawford Co. Thanks, Sue (Root) Waterman
