Need any information on the families of William Rufus Root and Edith Bennett Root, Thomas Root and Julia Bennett Root and John D. Root, all living in Crawford County, Indiana between 1860 and 1910. Seeking ANY info of Lucy Ann Root, married Frances Lamon in Crawford Co. 1866. She may have married Riley after the death of Lamon. Lucy And Frances Lamon had children, Hiram, William H. Lyman S., Samuel M., Rosella, all born before 1880. Need ancestors and descendants of family. Lucy may have died 1919. Cannot locate obituary. Lucy may have had siblings, Ivy Jane Root Godfrey , John Luke Root, Mary E. Root Strickling, in area. Need info on all families.
