Anyone know the location of the farm worked or owned by James H. Lane, 1888-1895, "on the Wickliffe-Marengo road" according to a deceased relative in Crawford Co, IN? (This CA cousin would like to hear from any of James' descendants, whether you know or not.)
James m. Carrie Brown in 1883; after her death, he m. Orlena A. Owen of Dubois Co in 1888. Several children by each wife before he died in 1895 at age 32?. He is buried in Wickliffe Cemetery beside Carrie Brown.
