I have a marriage certificate for my gr.grandmother & gr.grandfather written in German from St.Peter's church.
I thought all of these years it was a Roman Catholic Church certificate. Recently I found out it might be a German Evangelical Church, not Catholic. They got married in 1889, and I believe the church stood in the East end of the downtown area. Since I don't get back home that often could someone help me with this query.
