My grandfather Fred W. Border b 1886 was said to be born in KY or IL but lived most of his life in IN. He was raised on a military post, possibly along the KY/IN border. His father Herman, was German and his mother Mollie was Indian. We have researched for years and not found a trace of his parents. Please help Mary
