SAMUEL H. TOWERS-married LEDORA STEPHENS in SCHUYLER county in Illinois in 1883.Both show BAINBRIDGE as residence. He deserted his family before December of 1896,the year my dad was born. Where did this slippery relative go? When and where did he die? Did he change his name? Who is the mysterious SAMUEL H.FITCH that my Gran says she married? Any clues are deeply appreciatd.
