I am looking for the parents of George Washington Cummings. He was born in Va. in 1796 and came to Ky. the following year. He married Elizabeth Pharis and later her sister Malinda Pharis in Clark Co. Ky. They went to Hendricks Co. Ind. and lived there until his death. He had at least seven children with Elizabeth. After her death, he married her sister, Malinda in 1841 in Clark Co. Ky. They had at least four children, most born in Hendricks Co. Indiana. The Pharis girl's father was John Pharis Sr.
