Searching to make a connection with my ggrandfather James Bruce. According to his tombstone in Illinois he was born Oct 14, 1820. He also stated he was born in Indiana according to census records. I find a James Bruce born in Nelson Co, Coxes Creek, Ky on Oct 14, 1819. I am trying to make final connection.
