I finally found the information on Ernest.
While I was back "home" in Ohio last year, came
back thru KY and over to Ind. Went to the Cemetery. Found the lot Ernest was buried in, but no marker. His killer has one --- Charles W. Baldwin and Ernest's sister, Charles' wife,
Virgie had a large stone. Charles got off free
from this shooting. Have the paper from the court records and newspaper clippings.

My g uncle Ernest Lee was shot in 1924
He is buried at Walnut Ridge Cemetery Oct 7, 1924

would like to have any information on this shooting and tidbits.
