From records I found on www.familysearch.com, he died 17 May 1915
Eldon, Miller, Missouri

You may want to try to get a death record on him and see if his parents' names are listed on it. That has helped me a few times. Just a thought.

Requesting any info on Jacob Orendor (Orendorff?) born in Crawford County in Feb 1837.
It appears that he moved out of the county prior to 1862 as he was a Union soldier with a Missouri company in that year.
