My brother was born in Perry County, Kentucky at the Mount Mary Hospital. The doctor was Eli Boggs. The parents were Virginia Clay and HC Williams. I can't find any birth or death certificate. Does anyone know any information on stillborn babies, where do I find his records, what he died of, etc.?????

I also am looking for records concerning a birth at Mount Mary Hospital on April 25, 1958. I have had no luck finding where these records may be other than the birth cert. at Kentucky Vital Stats.
