SALEM - Franklin L. Ball Jr., 50, Salem, died at 11.20 pm at Clark County Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville after an illness.
He was a member of the First Christian Church and a manager of the meat department at Bundy's IGA.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sharon Bell Ball; a son, Greg Ball of Sellersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Marsha Elrod and Mrs. Melody Mount, both of Salem; two stepsons, Mark Worley of Lafayette and Kevin Worley of Salem; two stepdaughters, miss Carla Worley of Colombia, South America, and Miss Maria Worley of Salem; his father, Franklin L. Ball Sr. and his stepmother, Mrs. Dessa Ball, both of Salem; and six grandchildren.
the funeral will be at 2pm Monday at Dawalt Funeral Home here, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery here.
