My Great grandfather Abner T. Shackelford died in 1857 in Breathitt County KY, leaving a wife Anna and a five year old son Samuel. Anna Married John B. Whitt of Breathit County in 1858.I assume Samuel was adopted by John B. Whitt, Where can I get a copy of the record?
