My gg grandfather, Benjamin Woodridge SHACKLETT, came to KY in 1796 and settled in Hardin Co. later Meade Co. I am into genealogy as a hobby and have been putting together bits and pieces of info that has been given to me these past years. My g grandfather, grandfather, and father were also born in KY. As a result, I am a fairly constant visitor to Ky via the computer looking for pieces of info to fill in the gaps.
