Allie Kemp Gaither, daughter of C.M.C. and Julia Kemp, was born on August 11, 1890 at Anna, Tex., and died on May 18, 1945, at the age of 54 years, 9 months and 7 days.

She was married to D.A. Gaither on February 4, 1909. To this union then children were born. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Ruby Evelyn. Survivors are the husband, children, Lyle, of the armed forces; Harry, Lawrence, Marian and Darlene, of Moweaqua, Ill.; Dick of Macon; James, of Bethany; Lena Belle and Ruth, of Tobinsport, Ind.; ten grandchildren, five sisters and two brothers: Maude Bullington, Bessie Johnson, Minerva Harvey, of Alton; Lena Belle Coleman, of Cape Sandy; Nell McLain, of Tobinsport; George Kemp, of Bethany, Ill. and Jack Kemp, of New Albany, and a host of other relatives and friends.
