Johnson, Mrs Owen (Charlotte Elizabeth)
Died April 12, 1946, Indiana.

Charlotte Elizabeth Johnson, daughter of Aden and Sarah Sprinkle, was born May 13, 1866, and died April 12, 1946, aged 79 years, 10 months and 29 days.

She was married to Owen S. Johnson on New Year's Eve, 1893. To this union seven children were born. One son, Charles W., preceded her in death, December 31, 1922. Surviving are her husband, of English; and six children, Mrs Elva Saddler, of Rockport; Mrs Gertrude Schenk, of New Albany; Emmett and James, of English; Roland, of New Albany, and Fred, of West Branch, Mich.; a sister, Mrs Cora Duffin, of Louisville; 21 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home with the Rev William Glosson, of Marengo, in charge. Interment was in the Milltown cemetery.
