Judge John M. Paris - John M. Paris, judge of the Floyd Circuit court for more than 30 years, died Tuesday at the St. Edward's hospital of a cerebral hemorrage. Judge Paris was born in Leavenworth, where he attended grade and high school, later graduating from the University of Louisville. Survivors, besides his wife, are two daughters, one son, two grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs J.J. Johnson and Miss Sara Paris, of Milltown. A son, Lieut. David M. Paris, was killed in action over Germany on November 2.
