Tracing branch of my MURPHY line into KY/IN; John B MURPHY mar 2nd time to Cara Virginia (Alexander) Meade Co 1868; Her death certif ca 30 Oct 1920 from KY showed informant S D ALEXANDER of Leavenworth, IN. Not certain of relationship of Cara & S D...perhaps siblings. Also burial of Cara in Wolf Creek, KY was by Stephenson Co of Leavenworth, IN.....Are they still in business? Wonder if children of John B & Cara V MURPHY might have resided in Crawford Co area post 1900?
